The Star of Astarte and the Mer Ka Ba Meditation
updated by: High Priest Zevios Metathronos
Apollo and Thoth guided the revision of this meditation, which was originally based on the New Age "Mer Ka Ba meditation." Further revisions were
received from Apollo in March 2005. There are many New Age authors who write about and teach the Mer Ka Ba. The New Age version is based upon a
hexagram. The hexagram version was promoted through channeled sources, but what the hexagram actually does is establish a geometric energy field that
corresponds to Saturn (the lower octave of Saturn's energy: limitation, restriction, time).
The current system of time, based on the numbers 3 and 6, is out of sync with the natural vibrations of the earth and the universe, which are naturally
13 and 20 (the 13 lunar months). The hexagram meditation locks practitioners into this artificial time frequency. The corrected meditation given on this
website uses a different geometry entirely.
The meditation given on this site is based on the eight-pointed Star of Isis (Astarte/Aphrodite in the Greek tradition). "Ashta" in Sanskrit (one
of the most ancient and spiritual languages) means "8." The correct position for the Star of Isis is rotated at 22 degrees. In its upright
position, shown at left, it is known as the "Sigil of the Beast 666." 1
The Silver Star of Isis (turned at 22 degrees) is said to have been worn by the Knights Templar on a red sash. The numbers carry deep
significance: the number of Isis (Astarte) is 8 and the number of the pentagram is 5. 8 + 5 = 13. Enki's number is 40; another combination is 5
x 8 = 40. 13 is based upon the thirteen Lunar Months (the natural year) and the eight phases of the moon. It is also based upon the Sacred
Year.
Her Babylonian symbol is known as the "Star Disc of Ishtar." What this meditation can do is take your energy field to a much higher vibration.
The geometry of energy has powerful effects on the soul.
Once this meditation has begun, it should be continued every day until the spinning fields are permanent. You will know they are permanent when
you can feel the pulsating sensation any time you focus your attention on them. Once they are permanent, you will no longer need to perform the
meditation every single day.
The Sacred Geometry
The eight-pointed star is very ancient and based upon the octahedron. The octahedron is an extremely important aspect of nature and is one of the primary
archetypes of creation for all life. It is based on 13 circles whose centers connect. It is also the basis of important informational systems in the
universe. Within it are found all five of the Platonic Solids, the "building blocks" of creation.
The eight-pointed star is also the symbol for the "Shambhala initiation": the initiation of advanced Buddhist monks into the Kalachakra Tradition. This
tradition preceded what most people know as Buddhism by thousands of years and is based upon the Tibetan "Bon" religion, which was transmitted to the
Tibetan Priesthood from Marduk/Amon Ra. Unlike the pacifistic, self-sacrificing contemporary Buddhist religion, the original Bon religion was a warrior
religion where disciples were pushed to exceed limitations and become as the Gods. 2
"Once the candidate was led through the seven gates and received the seven initiations [opening of the seven chakras], it was possible
for them to be received in the court of Shambhala." 3
Practical Summary
The Mer Ka Ba meditation on this site uses the eight-pointed star (Star of Astarte/Isis), NOT the hexagram that most New Age sources teach.
The difference matters. The hexagram locks you into Saturnian limitation energy. The eight-pointed star opens a geometric field aligned with natural
cosmic cycles (13 lunar months, 8 moon phases).
Practice daily without interruption until the spinning fields become permanent. This is felt as a constant, gentle pulsation around the body that you
can tune into at will. Once established, maintenance is occasional rather than daily.
The octahedron contains all five Platonic Solids. This means the Mer Ka Ba meditation, properly done, activates the full geometric spectrum of the
soul's architecture. It is one of the most comprehensive energy workings available.

Mer Ka Ba Meditation
by: Apollo and Thoth
This meditation is performed in 18 breaths and activates the geometric energy fields of the soul using the
eight-pointed Star of Astarte described above. Before beginning, clean your aura.
Sit comfortably with your spine straight, preferably cross-legged, though sitting in a chair is fine.
Enter a trance state.
Preparation
Visualize yourself sitting inside of two interlocking pyramids (an octahedron). The standard meditation is
performed with white-gold energy inside the pyramids. White-gold energy is the most powerful. With experience,
you can change colors as you learn to handle color energy.
The Breathing Tube
Beginning at breath 7, you will draw energy through a breathing tube. The tube extends one hand length beyond
the top of your head, passes down through all seven chakras, and ends one hand length past your base chakra at
the tailbone. When standing, it extends one hand length beyond your feet.
The tube is as wide as the circle formed when you touch your thumb to your middle finger, tapering to a small
opening at each end. It is transparent, like glass.
Phase I: Filling the Pyramids (Breaths 1–6)
Breath 1
Thumbs touching index fingers.
Inhale for a count of 6. Hold for 6.
Exhale for 6 while chanting: SSSS-AAA-HHH in one long exhale.
Visualize both pyramids filling with brilliant white-gold light.
Breath 2
Thumbs touching middle fingers.
Inhale for 6. Hold for 6.
Exhale for 6 while chanting: TTTT-AAA-HHH.
Continue filling the pyramids with bright, intense, powerful energy.
Breath 3
Thumbs touching ring fingers.
Inhale for 6. Hold for 6.
Exhale for 6 while chanting: NNNN-AAA-HHH.
Continue filling the pyramids with energy.
Breath 4
Thumbs touching little fingers.
Inhale for 6. Hold for 6.
Exhale for 6 with one long hiss: SSSSSSSSSSS.
Continue filling the pyramids with energy.
Breath 5
Thumbs touching index fingers.
Inhale for 6. Hold for 6.
Exhale for 6, visualizing both pyramids filling with brilliant white-gold light.
No chant for this step.
Breath 6
Thumbs touching middle fingers.
Inhale for 6. Hold for 6.
Exhale for 6, continuing to fill the pyramids with white-gold light.
No chant for this step.
From this point forward, with each breath you will draw in and visualize energy entering through both
ends of the breathing tube simultaneously.
Phase II: The Energy Sphere (Breaths 7–13)
Breath 7
Thumbs touching ring and little fingers; index and middle fingers extended.
Inhale for 6, visualizing brilliant white-gold light entering the tube from both ends at the same
time, meeting between your 2nd and 3rd chakras. Hold for 6 — the light forms a sphere the size of
a grapefruit.
Exhale for 6, visualizing the sphere brightening with energy.
Breath 8
Same hand position.
Inhale for 6, visualizing the sphere growing until it reaches the base of your rib cage and the top
of your pubic bone. Hold for 6.
Exhale for 6, visualizing the sphere brightening with intensity.
Breath 9
Same hand position.
Inhale for 6, visualizing the sphere brightening and growing in concentrated power.
Hold for 6, feeling the brightness, intensity, and power.
Exhale for 6, visualizing the sphere growing brighter and more powerful.
Breath 10
Same hand position.
Inhale for 6. The sphere reaches maximum concentration and ignites, changing to a
white-electric-blue flame, then to a brilliant shining gold like the Sun.
Round your lips to blow. Blow on the exhale for 6. As you blow, visualize the sphere expanding to
surround your entire body. The original smaller sphere remains inside, more concentrated and
brighter than the larger one.
Breath 11
Same hand position.
Inhale for 6, visualizing energy entering the breathing tube at both ends, concentrating in the
smaller sphere, and expanding into the larger sphere. Hold for 6.
Exhale for 6, visualizing the energy expanding into the larger sphere, making it brighter and more
powerful. The smaller sphere will likely begin spinning — go with the flow.
Breath 12 — Same as breath 11. Continue spinning the sphere.
Breath 13 — Same as breath 11. Continue spinning the sphere.
Phase III: Activating the Mer Ka Ba (Breaths 14–18)
Breath 14
For men: left palm on top of right, both facing up. For women: right palm on top of left,
both facing up.
At the beginning of your inhale, move the smaller sphere up to your 3rd (Solar) chakra.
Inhale for 6. The Solar chakra is the most powerful; with
experience, you can move the sphere to any chakra of your choice.
Breath 15
Inhale for 6 and say in your mind: "EQUAL SPEED."
The two pyramids begin spinning in opposite directions — the top pyramid counterclockwise, the
bottom clockwise. Round your lips and blow for 6, spinning and feeling the pyramids rotating in
opposite directions. They move at one-quarter the speed of light. The spin feels like a pulsating
sensation.
Breath 16
Inhale for 6 and say in your mind: "HALF THE SPEED OF LIGHT."
Round your lips and blow for 6, spinning and feeling the pyramids accelerate to half the speed of
light.
Breath 17
Inhale for 6 and say in your mind: "THREE FOURTHS THE SPEED OF LIGHT."
Round your lips and blow. As the pyramids approach three-quarters the speed of light, a flat disk
beneath your navel pops out and expands to approximately 55 feet in diameter. Continue blowing with
force, feeling the speed of the disk increase and stabilize.
Breath 18
Inhale for 6 and say in your mind: "SPEED OF LIGHT."
Visualize the disk and pyramids spinning so fast they give off intense white light and energy.
Hold for 6 and blow for 6. This stabilizes the disk.
After the Meditation
Remain in meditation for 5–15 minutes afterwards, concentrating on feeling the pulsating sensation of the disk.
Once this meditation has been started, it should be continued every day until the spinning fields become permanent.
You will know they are permanent when you can feel the pulsating sensation any time you focus your attention on them.
Once permanent, daily practice is no longer required.
Quick Reference
Breaths 1–4: Fill the pyramids with white-gold energy, cycling through each finger with chants SA, TA,
NA, and a hiss.
Breaths 5–6: Continue filling the pyramids with energy. No chant.
Breaths 7–9: Draw energy through the breathing tube into a sphere between the 2nd and 3rd chakras.
Build its size and intensity.
Breath 10: The sphere ignites and expands around your entire body.
Breaths 11–13: Continue energizing both spheres. The inner sphere begins spinning.
Breath 14: Move the sphere to the Solar (3rd) chakra.
Breaths 15–18: Spin the pyramids in opposite directions, accelerating from ¼ to full speed of
light. At ¾ speed, a disk expands outward. At full speed, the Mer Ka Ba stabilizes.
After: Meditate on the pulsating sensation for 5–15 minutes. Practice daily until the fields are
permanent.
