King & Queen Meditation

The Seven Chakras and the Neuter Heart
There is a male and a female aspect to the soul. The reason corrupted spiritual teachings place so much emphasis on the "heart" chakra is because it is essentially powerless and neuter. It is a connector between the upper and lower chakras, and nothing more.
The Yezidi tradition preserves an allegory about seven sacred towers (Ziarahs), six of them trapezoidal in form, and one (the center) shaped like a sharp, fluted point. This is a spiritual allegory. The seven towers are the seven chakras. Each radiates its own frequency, its own color, like the seven colors of the rainbow. Six of the towers (six chakras) are paired as male and female. The center tower, the odd one out, is the heart chakra: different in shape, different in function, neuter by nature.
The pairing of the chakras reflects the pairing of the Gods themselves. Zeus, the Father of Gods and men, rules the crown chakra. Hera, his divine consort, rules the 6th chakra and the pineal gland. They are the supreme pair: King and Queen. Below them, the throat and solar chakras form another pair, and the sacral and base complete the structure. Ares, the God of primal force, rules the base chakra, the seat of the coiled Kundalini Serpent.
Inanna (Aphrodite) and the True Heart
Who is Inanna? She is the "Queen of Heaven," known to the Greeks as Aphrodite and to the Babylonians as Ishtar. The word "heaven" in the esoteric context refers to the 6th and 7th chakras and their extensions, especially the pineal gland.
Now, for the famous heart shape. The "heart" is not in the chest. In Christian art, religious figures are consistently depicted with the chest-area heart chakra exposed and radiating, reinforcing the misdirection toward this neuter center. The real "heart" is in the head. It is formed by the Ida and Pingala nadis (the twin serpent channels of the soul) and the Sushumna (the central channel). Here are the illustrations:
Inanna (Aphrodite) rules the heart chakra. But as we have seen, the true heart is in the head, not the chest. The serpents of the Ida and Pingala cross at the throat chakra and swoop upward in the shape of a perfect heart, meeting at the tip of the nose. This is the real "heart" of esoteric anatomy. The popular "arrow through the heart" symbol represents the fixing of the risen serpent energy: the Kundalini, having completed its ascent, is stabilized ("fixed") in place.
Zeus told me concerning the throat chakra: it is the Mercury chakra that rules communications. Its higher octave planet, Uranus, is located near the pineal gland and rules telepathic communications, a higher octave of verbal communications. The throat chakra is also the true seat of emotions. When you feel sadness rising, when a lump forms before you cry, that sensation comes from the throat, not the chest. When joy overwhelms you, it rises through the throat. Be aware of this. The mainstream teaching that "the heart is the seat of emotions" is yet another misdirection.
The King and Queen: Uniting the Solar Chakra and the Pineal Gland
The allegories preserved in fairy tales often contain spiritual truths. In "Sleeping Beauty," the prince kisses the sleeping princess and awakens her. The meaning: the activation and empowerment of the Solar 666 Chakra (the King of the Gods) connects with the 6th chakra and the pineal gland, and through this connection, activates the gland to secrete the elixir (ambrosia) that makes immortality possible and reverses physical aging.
The Tibetan mantra Aum Mani Padme Haum means "The Jewel is in the Heart of the Lotus." The "Jewel" is the pineal gland. The "Lotus" is the crown chakra (the thousand-petal lotus). Note the correct form of the mantra: it begins with AUM, not "OHM." The corruption of AUM into OHM strips the vibration of its power.
The crown (the lotus, the lily) is ruled by Zeus. The base chakra, containing the serpent, is ruled by Ares. The unification of the highest and the lowest, the crown and the base, the King and the warrior, represents the complete risen serpent: the male and the female principles united within one being.
For the Magnum Opus to work, the King (the Solar 666 Chakra) and the Queen (the 6th chakra and pineal gland) must be united. This meditation establishes that energy connection. It may take time for the connection to fully stabilize.
Note: This meditation is not for new practitioners.
The Meditation
The rosary is used with this meditation. You will vibrate 108 times for the King and another 108 times for the Queen. 108 + 108 = the sacred number 216.
To unite the King & Queen:
- Vibrate 'RAUM' (RAH-UU-MM) into your Solar 666 Chakra, 108 times. This is the vibration of the King: the solar fire, the powerhouse of the soul.
- Relax and keep still. Feel the energy from this well up inside of you for a few minutes. Don't rush this. Let the solar fire establish itself.
- Vibrate 'AUM' (AH-UU-MM) into your pineal gland, 108 times. Before doing this, try to locate your pineal gland by feel. It is to the lower right side of the 6th chakra, or thereabouts. It feels like a hollow. Just do the best you can.
- Relax and keep still. Feel the energy for a few minutes.
- Now vibrate 'Inanna' into your 6th chakra, seven times: YEEE-NAH-NAH. Inanna (Aphrodite) is the Queen of Heaven. Her name, vibrated into the 6th chakra, activates the connection between the solar fire below and the pineal gland above.
- Focus on the energy for 10-15 more minutes. If you activate your pineal gland, you will know it. The sensation is extraordinary: intense ecstasy, a flood of inner light, and a feeling of expansion that is beyond words.
Simplified Guide: King & Queen Meditation in Practice
What This Meditation Does
This meditation creates an energy bridge between your Solar Chakra (behind the navel) and your pineal gland (deep inside the head). Think of the Solar Chakra as the furnace and the pineal gland as the alchemical vessel. When the furnace sends its heat upward into the vessel, the vessel produces the "elixir of life": a real, physiological secretion from the pineal gland that the ancients called ambrosia, soma, or the nectar of the Gods.
This is the "marriage" of the King and Queen in alchemical symbolism. It is not metaphor. It is an energy operation with physical, psychological, and spiritual effects.
Before You Begin
You should have experience with basic chakra meditation, energy breathing, and the use of a rosary or mala beads for counting vibrations. If 108 repetitions feels overwhelming, you can start with 54 (half a rosary) for each and build up over time. The important thing is consistency and quality of vibration.
Visualization Tips
During RAUM vibrations: Visualize your Solar Chakra as a blazing golden sun behind your navel. With each vibration, see it grow brighter, hotter, more intense. Feel warmth radiating from your core.
During AUM vibrations: Shift your focus to the center of your head, slightly to the right and behind the 6th chakra. Visualize a small, dark chamber (the pineal gland) beginning to glow with a soft indigo or violet light. Each AUM vibration sends a pulse of energy into this chamber.
During the Inanna vibration: Visualize a golden thread or beam of light connecting your Solar Chakra to your pineal gland. The seven vibrations of Inanna's name lock this connection into place. The Queen descends to meet the King. The two fires merge.
During the final 10-15 minutes: Don't try to do anything. Just sit and feel. If the connection has been made, you will know. The pineal gland activation produces an unmistakable sensation: intense pleasure, a flood of white or golden light behind your closed eyes, and a feeling of being simultaneously grounded and weightless.
Important Tips
The number 216 (108 + 108) is sacred. 216 = 6 x 6 x 6 = 6³. It is the cube of the number of the Sun. This is why the meditation uses this specific count. Don't change it arbitrarily.
The vibration "Inanna" (YEEE-NAH-NAH) is the name of Aphrodite in her Mesopotamian form. The sound carries the specific frequency of the divine feminine principle that governs the 6th chakra. Even if you work primarily with Greek names for the Gods, use this form for this specific vibration. The sound itself, not the cultural label, is what matters in mantra work.
If you don't feel anything dramatic the first time, don't be discouraged. This meditation builds a connection over time. Some practitioners report results on the first session. For most, it takes consistent practice over weeks or months before the pineal gland fully activates. Be patient. The King and Queen are patient. They have eternity.
Sources and Further Study
- Iamblichus, De Mysteriis III.11 (c. 300 CE): Iamblichus describes the theurgic practice of uniting the solar and lunar principles within the soul through sacred invocation and sound. The union of the King and Queen in this meditation follows the same principle: the practitioner becomes the vessel in which the divine marriage occurs.
- Chandogya Upanishad 3.13 (c. 800 BCE): "In the center of the body there is a small shrine, in the form of a lotus, and within this shrine there is a small space. What is within this small space should be sought, for that is what one should desire to understand." The "small shrine" is the pineal gland. The "small space" is the chamber where the elixir is produced.
- Wolkstein & Kramer, Inanna: Queen of Heaven and Earth (1983): The definitive modern translation of the Sumerian Inanna texts. Inanna's descent to the underworld and return is an allegory for the Kundalini's descent to the base chakra and ascent back to the crown, passing through seven gates (chakras).
- Manly P. Hall, The Secret Teachings of All Ages (1928), Ch. "The Pineal Gland and the Pituitary Body": Hall documents the esoteric tradition identifying the pineal gland as the "third eye" and the seat of spiritual vision, and describes the alchemical "marriage" of the pineal (Queen) and pituitary (King) as the key to illumination.
- Nicomachus of Gerasa, Manual of Harmony (c. 100 CE): The seven vowels correspond to seven planetary spheres. The vibrations RAUM and AUM activate the solar and lunar principles respectively, following the ancient understanding that specific sounds resonate with specific celestial and bodily centers.
