Awareness: The Lower Triangle

How to know you have mastered this: Upon focusing on the Lower Triangle, your mind, consciousness and intelligence instantly recognizes this as a whole. You have not mastered this if you cannot bring this instantly in your awareness, as a unified operational “Triangular Whole”.

Preparation

Find a comfortable position, either seated with a straight spine or lying down. Close your eyes, get into a light trance.

Begin with the 4-4-4 breath: inhale for a count of 4, hold for 4, exhale for 4.

Repeat this cycle three times to center your awareness.

Step 1: Left Hip

  1. Bring your full attention to your left hip. Visualize the bone structure, the joint, the musculature surrounding it.
  2. Notice any sensations: warmth, coolness, tension, or release.
  3. As you breathe in for 4, imagine energy flowing into the left hip, filling it with light.
  4. Hold for 4, allowing the energy to settle inside the hip.
  5. Exhale for 4, releasing any stagnation while maintaining the energy inside.
  6. Repeat this breathing pattern 4 times.

Step 2: Right Hip

Repeat the same for the Right Hip, as with the Left Hip – 4 times.

Step 3: Genitals

Direct your focus downward to your genitals. This is the seat of primal creation, pleasure, and vital life force.

Repeat the same for the Right Hip, as with the Left Hip. Full focus, energy inhalation, holding inside the power, releasing the breath outwardly without blockages.

Repeat the same for the Right Hip, as with the Left Hip – 4 times.

Step 4: Sacral Chakra (Lower Abdomen)

Move your attention to your lower abdomen, approximately two inches below the navel. This is the location of your sacral chakra, the vortex of creativity, sexuality, and emotional flow. Visualize a swirling orange energy here.

Repeat the same process, 4 breaths in a round, completing this.

Step 5: Integration – Final Step of Awareness of the Lower Triangle.

Return to the 4-4-4 breath for three final cycles, now allowing your awareness to encompass the entire lower trine: left hip, right hip, genitals, and sacral chakra - as one unified system.

Breath in all, hold in all, release blockages from all; repeat 4 times.

Feel the interconnectedness of these regions, how they form the foundation of your physical and energetic being.

Step 6: Observation & Awareness of the Lower Triangle.

Retain for 4 minutes the focus on this area. After a while, let go of the breathing. Merely FEEL, SEE and BECOME AWARE of the LOWER TRIANGLE.
