0.1 These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the websites, pages, search tools, communications, interactive features, official accounts, and other digital services operated or controlled by Temple of Zeus Foundation and displaying or linking to these Terms. They are referred to together as the “Services.”

0.2 Please read these Terms together with the Legal Notice, Privacy Policy, and Intellectual Property and Responsible Use Notice. The Legal Notice explains institutional status and authority. The Privacy Policy explains personal-data practices. The Intellectual Property and Responsible Use Notice addresses attribution, quotation, protected material, and institutional identity.

1. Acceptance and scope

1.1 By accessing or using a Service after having a reasonable opportunity to review these Terms, a user agrees to be bound by them to the extent enforceable under applicable law. Where law or a particular feature requires affirmative acceptance, the user agrees through the mechanism presented for that feature. A person who does not agree should not use the interactive elements of the Services.

1.2 A feature-specific rule, notice, or agreement may supplement these Terms. The more specific provision governs that feature to the extent of an actual conflict. Mandatory law governs wherever it cannot lawfully be varied.

1.3 The Foundation may offer different features in different places and is not required to make every Service available to every user or jurisdiction.

2. Institutional identity and independence

2.1 Temple of Zeus Foundation is a private interest foundation with legal personality under the laws of the Republic of Panama. It conducts its authorized religious work publicly through the Temple of Zeus.

2.2 The Foundation possesses its own legal identity, governance, patrimony, purposes, rights, obligations, and institutional voice.

2.3 No person acquires any institutional relationship, status, capacity, right, or authority in respect of the Foundation except to the extent established by applicable law or a current written instrument validly issued under its governing instruments. No liability or obligation of another person is assumed by or attributable to the Foundation except on the same basis.

2.4 Religious or communal recognition belongs to the religious life of the Temple and does not, by itself, constitute formal institutional membership. Formal institutional membership exists only after an authorized written admission under the governing instruments and alone confers no governance status, beneficial interest, agency, employment, representative capacity, or authority to act or speak in the Foundation’s name. Any such consequence requires a separate basis under applicable law or a current written instrument validly issued through the Foundation’s lawful governance.

3. Eligibility and younger users

3.1 The Services are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13. A person under 13 may not create an account, submit personal data, or use an interactive Service unless the Foundation has expressly made that feature available with the verifiable authorization and protections required by applicable law.

3.2 A user who has not reached the age of legal majority in the user’s jurisdiction may use an interactive Service only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian where required. The parent or guardian is responsible for supervising that use to the extent permitted by law.

3.3 A user represents that the user has legal capacity to accept these Terms or has the authorization required for the use concerned.

4. Religious and informational nature of the Services

4.1 The Services provide religious, doctrinal, liturgical, educational, cultural, historical, community, and general informational material. Participation is voluntary. The Foundation does not guarantee a spiritual, personal, health, financial, legal, social, or other outcome from any text, practice, communication, event, or Service.

4.2 Users remain responsible for their own choices, conduct, circumstances, and compliance with the law that applies to them. A user should exercise sound judgment, consider personal capacity, and seek appropriately qualified assistance when a matter may affect health, safety, legal rights, finances, employment, or another material interest.

4.3 The Services are not an emergency service and do not replace professional care or official assistance. A person facing an immediate risk to life, safety, or health should contact the appropriate local emergency or professional service.

5. Official doctrine and authorized institutional speech

5.1 The Temple’s official doctrinal position consists only of current doctrinal texts, declarations, and institutional statements expressly published or designated as official on www.templeofzeus.org and not superseded.

5.2 Historical pages, archives, quotations, translations, search results, automated or AI-assisted responses, user content, personal commentary, and material on another platform are not official merely because they mention, link to, resemble, or concern the Temple. Where a current official text identifies a controlling version, that version governs.

5.3 Only a communication issued through an authorized channel in the Foundation’s name may be treated as an institutional statement. Personal speech remains personal even when the speaker is a member, participant, contributor, moderator, supporter, office-holder, or person otherwise associated with the Temple, unless the Foundation expressly authorizes and issues the particular communication as its own.

5.4 No user may present a personal position as an official Temple position or create the appearance of authority that the user does not possess.

6. Accounts and access credentials

6.1 Where a Service permits an account, the user must provide information that is materially accurate, keep it reasonably current, protect credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. A user may not transfer an account, share credentials in a manner that compromises security, evade an access restriction, or create an account for another person without lawful authority.

6.2 The Foundation may require reasonable verification before granting, restoring, changing, or closing access. It may refuse a username or profile presentation that is misleading, unlawful, impersonating, or reasonably likely to create confusion about institutional authority.

6.3 The user is responsible for activity through the account to the extent caused by the user’s action, omission, or failure to use reasonable security, subject to protections that applicable law does not permit the Foundation to limit.

7. Permitted use

7.1 Users may access and use the Services for lawful personal, religious, educational, and non-commercial purposes consistent with the feature presented and these Terms.

7.2 Any use must respect the dignity, safety, privacy, freedom of conscience, and legal rights of others. The Foundation’s affirmation of freedom of religion or belief does not authorize disruption, coercion, harassment, discrimination, threats, or interference with another person’s peaceful practice.

7.3 The Foundation may publish additional community or moderation rules. Those rules form part of these Terms for the feature to which they apply.

8. Prohibited conduct

8.1 A user may not use a Service to:

1. violate applicable law, a court order, or the legal rights of another person;
2. threaten, harass, stalk, exploit, coerce, defame, impersonate, or unlawfully discriminate against a person;
3. incite or facilitate violence, self-harm, abuse, exploitation, or other unlawful injury;
4. publish private or identifying information without lawful authority;
5. submit material that is fraudulent, unlawfully hateful, obscene where prohibited by law, malicious, infringing, or materially deceptive;
6. misrepresent a personal view as the Foundation’s position or falsely imply authority, office, sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation;
7. collect personal data, credentials, or commitments in the Foundation’s name without express authority;
8. introduce malware, exploit a vulnerability, evade a security or rate limit, interfere with operation, scrape in a manner that causes material burden, or attempt unauthorized access;
9. use automated means to extract, reproduce, profile, train a system on, or republish material where the use exceeds express permission or applicable law;
10. manipulate search, reporting, moderation, or account systems, submit false reports, or conceal conduct intended to evade enforcement; or
11. use the Services for unsolicited commercial communication, cross-context behavioral advertising, or unauthorized solicitation.

8.2 The examples in clause 8.1 do not limit the Foundation’s ability to address conduct that is unlawful, unsafe, materially disruptive, or inconsistent with the stated purpose of a Service.

9. User submissions and community material

9.1 If a Service permits a user to submit content, the user retains whatever rights the user lawfully holds in that content. The user authorizes the Foundation and Operational Counterparties acting on its documented instructions, solely as reasonably necessary to operate, administer, secure, and protect the Service, to host, store, reproduce, format, transmit, display, make accessible, moderate, review, and preserve the submission.

9.2 That authorization is non-exclusive, worldwide, and without a royalty, and continues for as long as the content remains on the Service or is reasonably required in protected backups, moderation records, security records, or legal evidence. It ends when the content and those limited residual records are lawfully deleted. Public copies made independently by others may remain outside the Foundation’s control.

9.3 The user represents that the user has the authority needed to submit the content and permit the uses described in this Section, and that the submission and those permitted uses do not unlawfully infringe or violate another person’s rights, including rights relating to authorship, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, reputation, or personal data. The user remains responsible for the content and for avoiding unnecessary disclosure of personal, confidential, privileged, or sensitive information.

9.4 Where a submission interface presents or links to these Terms at the point of submission, using the submission control confirms the user’s acceptance of this Section for that submission. The Foundation may retain any acceptance record that the relevant feature is configured to create, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

9.5 Submission does not make content official doctrine and does not require the Foundation to publish, preserve, endorse, answer, or return it. The Foundation may refuse, remove, restrict, label, archive, or preserve content in accordance with these Terms, applicable law, safety needs, and reasonable moderation practice.

10. Search, translation, and automated features

10.1 Search, translation, summarization, recommendation, and AI-assisted features are tools for navigation and convenience. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, or based on material that has been revised or superseded.

10.2 A user should not include unnecessary personal, confidential, health, financial, or identifying information in a query. Automated output is not an official Temple statement, professional advice, or a substitute for consulting the current source text. Only material expressly adopted and published as official by the Temple carries institutional authority.

10.3 The Foundation may limit queries, retain limited security records, or suspend automated access to protect the Services, users, and lawful operation.

11. Protected material and no rights conferred

11.1 Certain names, identifiers, texts, images, compilations, software, and other materials made available through the Services are lawfully sublicensed for use through the Services. Nothing in this Section enlarges any right or remedy beyond applicable law, the relevant sublicense, or a specific written authorization.

11.2 Access does not confer authority to reproduce, alter, register, commercialize, impersonate, misattribute, remove notices from, or create a false appearance of institutional affiliation through such material. A use is permitted only where the Foundation expressly authorizes it for the material concerned or where applicable law independently allows it.

11.3 No access to, display of, transmission of, or interaction with material through the Services conveys or enlarges a right by implication. Any authority relating to protected material remains limited to its stated scope, while every exception, limitation, or other use independently protected by applicable law remains unaffected.

11.4 The Intellectual Property and Responsible Use Notice forms part of these Terms for matters concerning attribution, quotation, consent to share, plagiarism, brand integrity, correction requests, and proportionate enforcement. Nothing in these Terms or that Notice restricts a use that applicable law independently protects, including lawful criticism, review, reporting, scholarship, parody, or fair quotation.

11.5 No failure to object to a use constitutes permission, waiver, abandonment, acquiescence, or recognition of any adverse claim.

12. External Services and Operational Counterparties

12.1 A Service may use, depend on, interact with, or provide access to a service, system, material, or environment outside the Foundation’s operation or control. No such connection creates any relationship, status, capacity, authority, responsibility, or assumption of obligation except to the extent applicable law or a current written instrument issued with actual authority expressly provides otherwise.

12.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Foundation is not responsible for an act, omission, failure, change, restriction, or discontinuance of an Operational Counterparty, or for an event affecting an external environment on which a Service depends. The Foundation assumes no obligation of an Operational Counterparty.

12.3 An Operational Counterparty’s failure is not a guarantee obligation or independent breach by the Foundation unless a current written instrument issued with actual authority expressly makes it one. The Foundation may act to restore, replace, or reconfigure an affected Service, but assumes no duty to do so and makes no promise of continuity.

12.4 If a user separately engages an Operational Counterparty, that relationship is between the user and the Operational Counterparty under the terms applicable to them. The Foundation is not a party to that relationship except through a current written instrument issued with actual authority.

12.5 Nothing in this Section excludes responsibility for the Foundation’s own fraud or willful misconduct, an express authorized commitment, responsibility arising from the Foundation’s own conduct that applicable law does not permit it to exclude, or another mandatory right or remedy.

13. Privacy

13.1 The Privacy Policy explains how the Foundation processes personal data through the Services and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. A user must not use a Service to collect or disclose another person’s personal data without a lawful basis and any notice or authorization that the law requires.

13.2 The Foundation may preserve and disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect safety, investigate misuse, enforce these Terms, or establish or defend legal claims, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

14. Moderation, suspension, and termination

14.1 The Foundation may investigate suspected misuse and may warn, limit, suspend, remove, or terminate access where it reasonably believes that action is necessary to enforce these Terms, protect safety or security, preserve the integrity of a Service, comply with law, or prevent material harm.

14.2 A person may report specific content or conduct through the administrative contact identified in the current Legal Notice. A report should identify the Service and exact location concerned, explain the issue with sufficient detail for a reasonable review, and include any supporting information the reporter is lawfully entitled to provide. The Foundation may request clarification and will consider a sufficiently substantiated report in good faith; submission of a report does not predetermine the outcome or require action that would be unlawful or disproportionate.

14.3 Where circumstances permit, the Foundation may consider the seriousness, context, history, and likely effect of the conduct and may provide notice or an opportunity to respond. Immediate action may be taken where reasonably necessary for security, safety, evidence preservation, legal compliance, or prevention of ongoing harm.

14.4 A user may stop using the Services at any time and may request account closure through the method stated in the Legal Notice or a feature-specific setting. Closure does not affect clause 9.2 to the limited extent stated there, Sections 11 and 13, Sections 16 through 19, Section 21, responsibility for prior conduct, or another provision that by its nature must continue, including lawful preservation of protected records.

15. Availability and changes to the Services

15.1 The Foundation may maintain, correct, update, reorganize, restrict, discontinue, or replace a Service or feature. It does not promise uninterrupted availability, permanent preservation of a page or submission, compatibility with every device, or continuation of a free feature.

15.2 Past availability, prior practice, or a course of dealing creates no promise that a Service, feature, address, configuration, or means of access will remain available.

15.3 Where reasonably practicable, material changes affecting a significant user interest will receive appropriate notice. The Foundation is not responsible for interruption caused by an Operational Counterparty or another event beyond its reasonable control, except to the extent applicable law provides otherwise.

15.4 Section 12 governs failures attributable to Operational Counterparties and external technical infrastructure.

16. Disclaimers

16.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied promises beyond those expressly stated in these Terms. The Foundation does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure against every threat, complete, current, or suitable for a user’s particular purpose.

16.2 The Foundation does not warrant the accuracy or reliability of user content, external material, translations, search results, automated output, historical archives, or communications that it has not expressly adopted as official.

16.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes an express commitment made with actual authority, a statutory guarantee that cannot be excluded, or responsibility that applicable law does not permit the Foundation to disclaim.

17. Limitation of liability

17.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Foundation and each Authorized Person will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profit, revenue, goodwill, opportunity, reputation, anticipated savings, or anticipated benefit, arising from or connected with the Services, even if the possibility was known.

17.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, aggregate liability arising from the Services will not exceed one hundred United States dollars (USD 100).

17.3 These limitations do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence where liability cannot be limited, violation of a non-waivable consumer right, or any other responsibility that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or limited. Different jurisdictions may provide different rights; in that case, the limitation applies only to the maximum extent lawful.

18. Responsibility for unlawful use

18.1 To the extent permitted by applicable law, a user is responsible for reasonably foreseeable claims, losses, and costs arising from the user’s unlawful content, unauthorized representation of the Foundation, material breach of these Terms, infringement of another person’s rights, or misuse of the Services.

18.2 Where the law permits, the user will indemnify the Foundation and each Authorized Person against a third-party claim resulting from such conduct, but only to the extent caused by the user and after reasonable notice and an opportunity to participate in the defense. This section does not apply to a consumer to the extent it would unlawfully limit a mandatory consumer protection.

19. Governing law and disputes

19.1 These Terms and any non-contractual dispute arising from the Services are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama, without regard to rules that would select another law, except to the extent mandatory law in a user’s place of habitual residence applies and cannot be waived.

19.2 Before commencing formal proceedings, a user and the Foundation should, where reasonable, provide written notice of the dispute and allow a reasonable opportunity for a good-faith resolution. Notice to the Foundation may be sent through the administrative contact stated in the Legal Notice.

19.3 Subject to any mandatory right to bring a claim elsewhere, the competent courts of the Republic of Panama have jurisdiction. Nothing in this section deprives a consumer of a forum, remedy, limitation period, or protection that applicable law does not permit the consumer to waive.

20. Changes to these Terms

20.1 The Foundation may revise these Terms to reflect changes in law, the Services, security, or institutional practice. The current version will show its effective date. Material changes will receive additional notice or renewed acceptance where applicable law requires it.

20.2 Unless law requires otherwise, a revision applies prospectively. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance only to the extent that form of acceptance is valid under applicable law.

21. General provisions

21.1 If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, it will be applied to the maximum lawful extent and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Enforcement remains available despite delay or isolated non-enforcement. Any waiver must be express, authorized, and limited to the matter stated.

21.2 These Terms, the Legal Notice, the Privacy Policy, the Intellectual Property and Responsible Use Notice, and any applicable feature-specific terms form the entire agreement governing the Services and replace earlier website terms concerning the same subject. They do not amend the Foundation’s constitutive instruments or confer authority on any person.

21.3 No statement, assurance, conduct, or course of dealing modifies these Terms or creates a Service commitment unless a current written instrument issued with actual authority expressly applies to the user and matter concerned. This rule does not exclude fraud or another responsibility that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.

21.4 If two incorporated instruments address the same matter and cannot reasonably be read together, mandatory law prevails; a current feature-specific agreement validly accepted for the feature then governs that feature; and these Terms govern general access to and use of the Services. The Privacy Policy governs personal data, the Intellectual Property and Responsible Use Notice governs attribution and protected material, and the Legal Notice governs institutional identity, official voice, and administrative contact. This allocation does not enlarge the legal effect of any instrument beyond its proper subject.

21.5 Headings assist reading and do not limit meaning. The English version governs where a translation differs, except where applicable law requires otherwise or the Foundation expressly designates another version as controlling.

21.6 Each Authorized Person is an intended beneficiary solely of Sections 17 and 18 and may invoke and enforce only the protection expressly applicable to that person for conduct within the authorized function, subject to every limitation and mandatory-law exception stated in those Sections. No other person receives a right to enforce these Terms.

22. Administrative contact and notices

22.1 Questions, notices, account-closure requests, and dispute notices should be directed through the administrative contact published in the current Legal Notice on the official website.

Appendix A. Definitions and interpretation

A.1 “Authorized Person” means a person acting for the Foundation within the scope of current authority validly conferred under its governing instruments.

A.2 “Foundation” means Temple of Zeus Foundation, a private interest foundation with legal personality under the laws of the Republic of Panama.

A.3 “Intellectual Property and Responsible Use Notice” means the current public notice of that name published or linked through the Official Website.

A.4 “Legal Notice” means the current public legal notice published or linked through the Official Website.

A.5 “Official Website” means www.templeofzeus.org.

A.6 “Operational Counterparty” means any person other than the Foundation that supplies, administers, controls, or contributes to a service, system, material, or environment on which a Service depends, together with that person’s contractors and providers.

A.7 “Privacy Policy” means the current public privacy policy published or linked through the Official Website.

A.8 “Service” and “Services” mean the digital services described in clause 0.1, individually and collectively as the context requires.

A.9 “Terms” means these Terms of Service.

A.10 “User” means a person who accesses or uses a Service. A reference to a user includes the possessive and plural forms where the context requires.

A.11 Words in the singular include the plural and conversely where the context permits. “Including” and similar terms are illustrative and do not limit the words preceding them. A reference to law includes applicable amendments and replacements. Headings assist navigation and do not limit meaning.
