Awareness: The Middle Triangle

How to know you have mastered this: Upon focusing on the Middle Triangle, your mind, consciousness and intelligence instantly recognizes this as a whole. You have not mastered this if you cannot bring this instantly in your awareness, as a unified operational “Triangular Whole”.

Preparation

  1. Find a comfortable position, either seated with a straight spine or lying down. Close your eyes, entering a light trance.
  2. Begin with the 6-6-6 breath: inhale for a count of 6, hold for 6, exhale for 6.
  3. Repeat this cycle three times to center your awareness in the core of your being.

Step 1: Left Shoulder

  1. Bring your full attention to your left shoulder.
  2. Visualize the bone structure, the joint capsule, the complex musculature that allows for its vast range of motion, the energy flowing through it. The Left Shoulder is a light vortex and a chakra is in it’s own right. Imagine it and envision it pure and powerful.

    As you breathe in for 6, imagine pure energy flowing into the left shoulder, filling every fiber.

  3. Hold for 6, allowing the energy to saturate the joint and surrounding tissues.
  4. Exhale for 6, releasing any burdens or responsibilities you may be unconsciously carrying in this shoulder.

Repeat this breathing pattern 6 times.

Step 2: Right Shoulder

  1. Repeat all steps from step 1 on the left shoulder. Different feelings and a different constitution of energy must exist on the Right Shoulder.
  2. Acknowledge any differences between your left and right shoulders without judgment simply observe the truth of their condition.
  3. Repeat the breathing pattern 6 times.

Step 3: Heart

  1. Direct your focus to the center of your chest, to your physical heart. Feel its steady, powerful rhythm, the engine of your existence.

    This is not a sentimental exercise; it is an observation of life itself. Feel the pulsation of life, being given to you as a gift from the Gods.
    Notice the sensations of the blood pulsing, the muscle expanding and contracting.

  2. As you inhale for 6, feel the space around your heart filling with vital energy.
  3. Hold for 6, feeling the power contained within this organ.
  4. Exhale for 6, releasing any emotional blockages or negatives that may have constricted it.
  5. Repeat the circle for 6 times, following the method from Step 1, but adjusted for the Heart.

Step 4: Throat Chakra

  1. Move your attention to your throat, the center of your expression and will.
  2. Visualize a swirling blue vortex of light here.
  3. This is your throat chakra, the nexus of communication and truth.
  4. With each 6-6-6 breath cycle, imagine this vortex becoming clearer, more powerful, more defined.
  5. Inhale to strengthen its energy, hold to stabilize its frequency, exhale to clear any blockages to authentic expression.
  6. Perform 6 cycles, recognizing this chakra as the command center for your middle triangle's voice.

Step 5: Integration – Final Step of Awareness of the Middle Triangle

  1. Return to the 6-6-6 breath for three final cycles, now allowing your awareness to encompass the entire middle triangle: left shoulder, right shoulder, heart, and throat chakra - as one unified system.
  2. Inhale energy into all four points simultaneously, hold to integrate them, and exhale to release any blockages across the entire structure.

    Repeat 6 times.

  3. Feel the interconnectedness of these regions, how they form the bridge between your lower foundation and your higher mind.

Step 6: Observation & Awareness of the Middle Triangle

  1. Cease the conscious breath counting.
  2. Retain your focus on this entire middle triangle region for 6 minutes.
  3. Let go of the structured breathing.
  4. Merely FEEL the energetic field, SEE the connections between the points, and BECOME AWARE of the MIDDLE TRIANGLE as a singular, powerful entity within you.
  5. Observe its state without interference.
