Dot Meditation: Building Attention Capacity
An age of perpetual distraction, it serves as a powerful anchor, systematically simplifying focus to a single point and then expanding it through increasingly complex geometric forms.
This meditation directly confronts the modern deficit of attention by retraining the mind through the absolute discipline of the gaze.
Before meditating on any sigils, preliminary training of ATTENTION is necessary. This attention then evolves into awareness.
The practice is built on the principle that where the eyes are, the mind is; by commanding the eyes to remain fixed on a single, unmoving object, you force the scattered mind to follow, compelling it into a state of unwavering presence.
This is not a gentle exercise but a decisive tool for reclaiming cognitive sovereignty, forging the mind into a sharp, singular instrument capable of piercing through the noise and unlocking the power of undivided attention.

- Place the image before you.
- Focus on the Sigil’s visual center, with unwavering attention, then expand your attention to the entire pattern. Allow the pattern to be experienced by your attention.
