Meditation of Awareness: Hip Chakras, Shoulder Chakras, Temple Chakras
This meditation further expands your self awareness and power in the 6, secondary yet very important chakras. It’s integral at this point for them to be aware of and activated to the fullest, to proceed further. Only after stability in all the 7 chakras and 6 secondary is established, you can move further.
Level 1: The Single Point
In Level 1, you start this starting from the right hip, then the left hip, then the right shoulder, then the left shoulder, then the right temple and finally the left temple of your head.
- Sit comfortably and close your eyes.
- Bring your awareness to your left shoulder chakra. Simply feel its presence, a point of energy.
- Then, shift your awareness to your right shoulder chakra. Feel its presence.
- Continue this process, one by one, for the left and right temple chakras and the left and right hip chakras. Spend time with each point individually until you can locate it with ease.
Level 2: The Dyad
In Level 2: You do them in pairs; first the hips, then the shoulders, then the temples of your head.- Bring your awareness to both shoulder chakras simultaneously. Feel them as a pair, a single energetic unit.
- Shift your awareness to both temple chakras, holding them as a unified pair.
- Finally, bring your awareness to both hip chakras, feeling them in tandem. Practice holding each pair in your awareness with equal focus.
- Meditate on the Dyad of the chakras.
Level 3: The Hexad
- In a single act of attention and awareness, bring your awareness to all six secondary chakras at once: the shoulders, the temples, and the hips.
- Hold them as a unified, six-pointed system of energy. Feel their collective presence and their geometric relationship to each other within your energy body.
- Meditate on this and keep the meditation and awareness over them.
Level 4: The Empowerment
- While holding the six-pointed system in your awareness, begin to visualize each chakra as a small, bright sphere of light.
- With each inhalation, visualize pure energy flowing into all six chakras, causing them to spin faster and glow brighter.
- With each exhalation, feel their collective power strengthening and stabilizing. Continue this process of energizing the entire system through your breath.
Level 5: The Vivid Reality
Combine all previous levels into a single, integrated state.
- Effortlessly hold the six chakras as a unified system (Level 3) while simultaneously empowering them with each breath (Level 4).
- The experience must be a vivid, tangible reality. You are not visualizing; you are perceiving. Feel their spin, see their light, and know their activation as an undeniable, present-moment fact. The entire process is a single, effortless, and holistic act of perception and will.
How You Know You Mastered This: You have mastered this meditation when Level 5 comes effortlessly. At any moment, you can bring the entire six-chakra system into a vivid, empowered reality with a single thought, holding it with no strain or mental fragmentation. It becomes your default state of awareness for these energy centers.
