Loyalty is one of the highest virtues of the men who aspire to become Gods.

Primarily based on bravery, loyalty is a combination of qualities, where one has the ability to stay steadfast on the path to the Gods and remain committed to their spiritual family of travelers, all moving toward Eternity as one.

Loyalty to the Gods is extremely important in this path. The same goes for loyalty and fidelity toward great causes, things, or people who have been evaluated as good, fair, and decent.

Because loyalty is a very rare value, it is also a very important one. Those who have the strength to be loyal and follow a cause with fidelity are the ones who contribute to the growth of great things.

People who are constantly disloyal to the Gods and show no fidelity or brotherhood, generally contribute little positive for themselves, the Zevic Brotherhood, or the world as a whole. They isolate themselves, withering and dying alone, likely consumed by many lies, fears, and perils.

As with anything else, logic has to be exercised here. But the loyalty of a pure heart is more important than all the logicians combined; such a heart reflects upon its own inner purity.

For this reason, loyalty is seen as a divine virtue among the Gods and is sacred.

A student asked Apollo why a man who was not good in many respects passed on to exist with the Gods, given that the man was neither very capable nor had done many great deeds in his life.

Apollo responded: “With a loyal man of principles, we can work to increase his abilities. Yet, with a disloyal soul, such efforts are rendered empty and cast into the abysmal pit!”
