Wisdom

All my knowledge has served me well, but my heart has known the greatest wisdom and the greatest secrets.

I must therefore learn to listen, not to speak.

To be silent, not to speak.

To receive, not to speak.

To act and to exist in wisdom is the greater attainment. Short is the path towards the Gods the more our wisdom grows, for in the Divine home of wisdom, the Spirit is created. Inside the home of wisdom, reigns a Serpent.

If you seek wisdom, then you will receive it.

Πᾶσα ἡ γνῶσίς μοι ὠφέλησεν· ἡ δὲ καρδία μου τὴν μεγίστην σοφίαν καὶ τὰ μέγιστα μυστήρια ἔγνω.

Μαθεῖν οὖν με δεῖ ἀκούειν, οὐ λαλεῖν.

Σιωπᾶν, οὐ λαλεῖν.

Δέχεσθαι, οὐ λαλεῖν.

Τὸ πράττειν καὶ εἶναι ἐν σοφίᾳ μέγιστον κατόρθωμα· ὅσῳ γὰρ αὔξεται ἡ σοφία, τοσούτῳ βραχυτέρα ἡ πρὸς Θεοὺς ὁδός. Ἐν γὰρ τῷ θείῳ οἴκῳ τῆς σοφίας τὸ πνεῦμα γεννᾶται· ἐν αὐτῷ δὲ ὄφις βασιλεύει.

Ἐὰν σοφίαν ζητῇς, λήψῃ αὐτήν.

Pasa hē gnōsis moi ōphelēsen; hē de kardia mou tēn megistēn sophian kai ta megista mystēria egnō.

Mathein oun me dei akouein, ou lalein.

The prayer hails Satya as the One whose silence speaks through wisdom.
