Formation
- Place the index finger in the fold of the thumb.
- Place the tip of the thumb on the side of the middle fingernail.
- Extend the ring and little fingers.
- Form the same seal with the other hand.
Example Meditation
Form the seal with both hands. Breathe calmly and hold a clear image of the body healthy and protected. The seal supports immunity and settles anxiety about illness.

- Allergies. As bee products are used against allergies, the seal has the same effect; allergies are related to a weakened immune system and damaged intestinal flora.

- Fear of contagion. It addresses the fears of the allergic: mania for cleanliness and fear of contagion.
