Prithvi Mudra
The seal of the Earth element. Ring finger and thumb join and the body regains weight, stability and strength.

Formation
- Lay the tips of the thumb and ring finger on each other with light pressure.
- Extend the other fingers.
- Form the same seal with the other hand.
Example Meditation
Rest the hands on the thighs in the seal. Breathe slowly and feel the weight of the body sinking into the ground. The seal strengthens the body's tissues and gives trust, stability and groundedness to the meditation.
Effects
