Formation
- Join the tips of the thumb, index finger and ring finger.
- Keep the middle and little fingers extended and relaxed.
- Form the same seal with the other hand.
Example Meditation
Rest the hands on the thighs in the seal. Breathe into the solar plexus and feel the body's centre become warm and firm. The seal lifts heaviness and centres the practitioner in the solar plexus.
Effects

- Earth organs. It strengthens the earth element and its organs, the stomach, spleen and pancreas; for heart complaints, dizziness, descent of the inner organs and general exhaustion.

- Against heaviness. It relieves listlessness, heaviness and the feeling of being weighed down.
