Formation

  1. Raise both hands in front of the chest, palms turned toward the chest.
  2. Cross the fingers of both hands over each other.
  3. Let the thumbs stand free, pointing upward.

Example Meditation

Hold the crossed hands before the chest with the thumbs raised. Breathe deeply into the upper chest and stand in the awareness of your own strength. The seal straightens the chest and builds unshakable self-confidence.

  • Upright chest. The hands held before the chest lift the posture and open the breath.

  • Against insecurity. Given against insecurity and doubt.

  • Adamantine trust. Vajra is the thunderbolt that cannot be broken. In Zevism the trust that cannot be shaken is trust in Zeus as the sovereign of the cosmos.
