Maha Sacral Mudra
A seal in two phases: first the ring fingers meet, then the little fingers. The pelvis relaxes and its energy is balanced.

Formation
- Phase 1: join the pads of the ring fingers; place each little finger on its own thumb.
- Phase 2: join the pads of the little fingers; place each ring finger on its own thumb.
- Keep the index and middle fingers lightly extended and change between the 2 phases.
Example Meditation
Hold the hands before the lower abdomen in the first phase, then change to the second, letting the breath guide the change. Breathe into the lower abdomen throughout. The seal supports the lower abdomen and the rhythm of letting go.
Effects

- Lower abdomen. For complaints of the lower abdomen, particularly pain during menstruation; for inactive intestines, intestinal spasms and bladder and prostate complaints.
