Formation
- Bend the fingers inward.
- Place the thumb over the ring finger.
- Form the same seal with the other hand.
Example Meditation
Rest the closed fists on the thighs. Breathe out strongly and let pent-up anger and tension leave with the exhalation. The seal releases aggression and turns force into mastery.

- Liver and digestion. It activates the energy of the liver and stomach, promotes digestion and helps cure constipation.

- Aggression. Suppressed or uncontrolled aggression underlies a weak liver, digestive problems, tension and heart complaints.
