Three fingertips join while the ring finger rests in the fold of the thumb. The seal for the head and the sinuses.

Formation
- Join the tips of the thumb, index finger and middle finger.
- Place the ring finger in the fold of the thumb.
- Keep the little finger extended.
- Form the same seal with the other hand.
Example Meditation
Form the seal with both hands before the body. Breathe calmly and let the tension in the head and the sinuses dissolve with each exhalation. The seal relieves tension in the head and clears the mind.
