Formation
- Fold the hands in front of the solar plexus, fingers interlaced.
- Extend both middle fingers and place them against each other.
- Direct the attention to the breath in the solar plexus.
Example Meditation
Fold the hands before the solar plexus with the middle fingers raised. Breathe into the solar plexus and follow the breath there. The seal calms the heart, supports the digestive organs and brings inner harmony.

- Digestion and organs. It benefits the heart, stomach, liver, duodenum, gallbladder, spleen, pancreas and kidneys; resolves spasms and fullness that hamper digestion; relieves vague jaw pain and tension (Kim da Silva).
