Kubera Mudra
Three fingers join to drive a wish. The seal of goals, of plans and of things sought and found.

Formation
- Join the tips of the thumb, index finger and middle finger.
- Bend the ring and little fingers so they rest in the middle of the palm.
- Form the same seal with the other hand.
Example Meditation
Join the thumb, index and middle fingertips of both hands. Breathe calmly and hold a clear image of a goal you intend to reach. The seal gathers the will behind that intention and supports planning and its fulfilment.

- Sinuses. It opens and decongests the frontal sinuses, especially when the breath is drawn upward as if smelling a flower.

- Repose. It brings inner repose, confidence and serenity.
