- Cross the hands in front of the chest, palms toward the body.
- Cross the thumbs over each other.
Example Meditation
Cross the hands before the chest, palms toward the body, and breathe into the solar plexus. Hold a question that needs a decision and wait in stillness for the answer. The seal kindles the inner fire and deepens insight.
