Shunya Mudra
The finger of Heaven is folded under the thumb. The seal of the ears and of hearing.

Formation
- Bend the middle finger until it touches the ball of the thumb.
- Press lightly down on it with the thumb.
- Keep the other fingers extended.
- Form the same seal with the other hand.
Example Meditation
Rest the hands on the thighs in the seal. Breathe gently and listen inward to the sounds within the silence. The seal supports the ears and hearing and the willingness to listen.
Effects

- Ears and hearing. A special exercise for ear and hearing problems; it can heal earaches and, after Keshav Dev, almost all diseases of the ear.

- Willingness to hear. It asks for reflection on what one does not want to hear.
