Bhudi Mudra
Thumb and little finger meet: fire touches the finger of water. The fluids of the body find their balance.

Formation
- Join the tips of the thumb and little finger.
- Keep the other fingers extended and relaxed.
- Form the same seal with the other hand.
Example Meditation
Rest the hands on the thighs in the seal. Breathe softly and feel the fluids of the body flowing freely. The seal balances the body's fluids and supports flow in feeling and intuition.

- Fluid balance. It restores or maintains the balance of fluids; against a dry mouth, eyes that are too dry and burning, and kidney and bladder disorders. It improves the sense of taste.

Variants. The name Bhudi has no attested Sanskrit spelling. Kundalini Yoga calls the identical form Buddhi Mudra (बुद्धि मुद्रा, "intellect").
