Formation
- Clench both fists and hold them before the chest.
- Inhaling, stretch the right arm to the right with the index finger pointing up, and the left arm to the left.
- Return to the fists and change sides.
Example Meditation
Hold the fists before the chest; then, inhaling, stretch the arms to the sides with the right index finger raised, and return. Breathe deeply with each movement. The seal supports elimination and releases impatience and temper.
