Surabhi Mudra
Four fingers of each hand meet four of the other crosswise, like the udder of the sacred cow. The seal for the joints.

Formation
- Touch the left little finger to the right ring finger.
- Touch the right little finger to the left ring finger.
- At the same time touch each middle finger to the index finger of the other hand.
- Keep the thumbs extended.
Example Meditation
Form the seal before the body. Breathe calmly and patiently and feel the joints soften. The seal is used for the joints and supports patience and precision.
