Formation

  1. Clasp the hands, interlacing the fingers.
  2. Men: let the right thumb lie above the left and press it slightly.
  3. Women: place the right thumb between the left thumb and index finger and press it with the left thumb, so the left thumb lies on top.

Example Meditation

Clasp the hands with the thumbs placed as shown and rest them before the body. Breathe gently into the lower abdomen. The seal supports the second centre and brings fresh impulse at times of change.

  • Hormones and waking. It harmonises the hormonal system and helps the body wake.

  • Pleasure and new impulse. It brings mental alertness, pleasure and new impulses.

  • The second centre. It concentrates the sexual energy of the second chakra and directs it into the centres above.

  • Eos. Rosy-fingered Eos opens the gates of the day. The seal opens the day of the soul and lifts its creative fire.
