Venus Lock
The clasp that presses the mounds of Venus together. The seal of polarity, glandular balance and concentration.

Formation
- Face the palms toward each other and interlace the fingers, the left little finger at the bottom and the right index finger on top (masculine form).
- Rest the tip of the left thumb on the webbing between the right thumb and index finger.
- Press the right thumb on the fleshy mound at the base of the left thumb.
- For the feminine form, reverse the hands.
Example Meditation
Interlace the fingers in the lock and rest the hands in the lap. Breathe evenly and keep the attention on the point where the thumbs rest. The seal balances the glandular system and channels sensual energy into focus.
