Mukula Mudra
All five fingertips gather into a bud. The seal directs regenerating energy like a ray into one place of the body.

Formation
- Lay the four fingertips on the tip of the thumb.
- Place the joined fingertips on the part of the body that needs energy.
- Form the same seal with the other hand.
Example Meditation
Place the joined fingertips on the part of the body that needs energy. Breathe calmly and direct the attention and the breath to that place. The seal focuses the vital force where it is needed and supports regeneration.
